Even, no official website exists of Gir Forest Department that offers all services for Gujarat's Tourism such as Taxi and Accommodations.
Usually you have to need 100% amount for the Gir National Park Safari Booking. If you are agree, you may book on our website or via Call or What's App.
Please fill the booking form very carefully, misspelling or wrong information can be restricted your safari and company is not responsible. Safari amout will not be refunded in such case.
If in case unavailability of safari, Company will provide full refund in your given bank details.
If the safari is cancelled because of any natural circumstances, amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable fees.
Travelers can secure their booking with a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due no later than 48 hours before the safari date.
Guests can reserve their tour package by paying 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% payable upon arrival.
Tourists are required to settle all applicable charges, including taxes, surcharges, and fees, as per the prevailing regulations.
Normally, we provide base room category in each hotel, we can reserve upper category room on your request.
Standard check-in 12:00 noon and check out 11:00 AM but every hotels and resorts follow thier rules and regulations and they determined specific schedule for Check-in and Check-out. Kindly confirm check-in and check-out schedule with our executive.
If you're traveling with a child, kindly ensure their accurate age is provided at the time of booking.
If in case unavailability of rooms so we shall provide other similar hotel.
Hotel room occupancy varies, with some accommodating up to 4 guests and others only 3. In such cases, an extra mattress will be provided for additional guests based on room capacity.
If there are any government-mandated changes in taxes, hotel rates, or safari charges, travelers will be informed via email or phone prior to their departure date.
"Gir Eco Tourism" will not be responsible for any kind of mis-happening such as accident, loss/theft or damage of luggage.
If the booking is cancelled because of calamities or other circumstances so applicable amount will be decducted
If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, please inform us in writing via email for official processing.
If you want to postpone your booking, it depends on availability status and you have to pay some extra which will depend on your group size.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
In case of 4 persons, 1 room with 2 extra mattresses will be provided.
Updates regarding taxes, hotel rates, safari charges, or any other applicable fees will be promptly communicated via email or phone before your travel date.
If you cancel your booking so cancellation amount will be considered from date of booking and date of visit.
